Information Technology Research and Advisory Services

The Vendor is required to provide under this procurement will include information technology research and advisory technology related insight.
- Research provided will be targeted at CIOs and senior IT leaders in industries that include government agencies, high-tech and telecom enterprises, professional services firms, and technology investors.
- Services are to be delivered through published research, retained advisory services, and access to subject matter experts.
- The research would include market and trend analyses, best practices research, case studies, and independent analyses of technology vendors.
- Advisory access
•    Contractor will provide 10 seats for advisory access. 
•    Advisory access should include one-on-one expert consultation to apply research to specific business situations. 
•    Give access to it experts to assist with informed, data-driven decisions. 
•    The ability to meet either in person, via phone conference, or via videoconferencing with fund staff as needed. 
•    Assist the CIO and leadership team navigate their roles and challenges by providing tools, insights, and expert guidance to support them in developing strategies, executing them, and leading their teams effectively
•    Work in conjunction with fund assigned staff to provide reviews and evaluations of technical proposals as a result of procurements for various goods and services. 
•    Assist fund with quote reviews to ensure fund is receiving competitive pricing as aligned with the current market. 
•    Provide access to workshops, conferences, podcasts, and webinars.
- Online research access
•    Provide 40 seats for online research access. 
•    Online research should provide self-service access to a library of published documents.
•    Provided with access to published online research and case studies. 
•    It metrics with benchmarking of it tools and suppliers. 
•    Provide research on it insights by providing information on trends in it and information on new technology. 
•    Provide access to peer insights from other it professionals and technology decision-makers offering reviews of enterprise software and services.
