Information Technology Professional Services

The Vendor is required to provide information technology professional services on an on- demand and as-needed basis, including, but not limited to, services for consulting, networking, telecommunications, specialized systems, hardware, software, security, project management, administration and other services which may include program related projects.
- Information technology services (ITS) supports over 25 facilities in a campus computing environment. 
- The ITs includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
•    Electronic and physical security systems – CCTV, access control systems,
•    Situational awareness systems and other port security systems;
•    IT infrastructure – service desk, user support services, servers, storage, messaging, network, redundant power systems, and computer operations;
•    IT security; and
•    IT administration.
