Information Technology Infrastructure Services

The Vendor is required to provide information technology services per authority requests, including directly performed services or the reselling of IT goods, services, and software, for the authority’s information technology infrastructure.
- Services include, but are not limited to, the sales of hardware, software and services in the following areas: Server, Storage and Network, DevOps/Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity, AI, Enterprise systems, Cloud, Managed and Professional Services, and Data Strategy, Engineering and Analytics.
- The Authority anticipates that the Services will consist of the provision of information technology services, including directly performed services or the reselling of IT goods, services, and software, for the Authority’s information technology infrastructure.
- Information technology vendors that: have partner relationships with one (1) or more of the following vendors: Cisco, Broadcom, Microsoft, Cohesity, Pure, Dell, Arista, Palo Alto, Qualys, Rubrik, Varonis, Tenable, Netapp, HP, Fortinet, and Atlassian.
- Services on a non-exclusive basis, and no assurance or guarantee is made as to the number of accounts that may be placed with the contractor, the dollar amount of those accounts, or the percentage of accounts placed.
- Server and Storage Hardware Sales and Related Software and Services
- Network Hardware Sales and Related Software and Services
- Enterprise Applications and Related Services
- DevOps, Platform Engineering and AppSec Software and Related Services
- Cybersecurity Applications and Related Services
- Data Strategy, Engineering, and Analytics Aplications and Related Services
- Cloud Services and Security
- AI Applications and Services, including Agentic AI Development
- Fiber Design, Build, and Monitoring Technology and Services
- Managed Services, including NOC/SOC, Backups, etc.
- Disaster Recover and Business Continuity
- Service Desk Technology and Related Services.
