IT Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide IT support maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
- Managed services for servers
•    Remote monitoring and management of all servers to ensure system stability
•    Automation of Microsoft patches and hotfixes and other third-party software such as, but not limited to, adobe reader, google chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft edge, and Dropbox.
•    Monitoring of critical network equipment
•    Maintaining and updating the inventory of hardware and software inventory
•    Monitoring and managing antivirus software
•    Monitoring of windows event logs
•    Monitoring and management of hardware
•    Monitoring critical services and processes
•    Monitoring and managing server backups including:
o    Installation of latest releases and updates
o    Managing offsite backup replication to the centers
o    Monitoring and remediating backup related errors
- Managed services for workstations, laptops, and shared public computers
•    Automation of Microsoft patches and other 3rd party software like amazon workspaces, adobe air, adobe flash player, adobe reader, adobe acrobat, google chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft edge, and zoom
•    Remote monitoring and management of all workstations to ensure system stability
•    Hardware and software inventory
•    Antivirus monitoring and management
- Additional IT services
•    Troubleshooting and repair hardware and software problems
•    Provide remote support services including resetting user passwords and unlocking accounts
•    Troubleshooting printer and computer software and hardware issues
•    Assisting with amazon workspaces, app stream, and system issues
•    Exporting of new clients from system database and importing into constant contact weekly
•    Assisting users that run crystal reports against the system database with any issues that arise
•    Crystal report creation and modification
•    SonicWALL firewall maintenance including creating exceptions in the content filter for websites being blocked on the shared public computers when there is a legitimate need for access to the website. 
•    System backups and firmware updates.
•    Office 365 maintenance
•    Wi-Fi maintenance
•    Backup software and licenses for servers.
