Supplementary Aids and Services, Assistive Technology and Related Services

The Vendor is required to provide for supplementary aids and services, assistive technology (AT) and related services for special education.

- Services include:
•    Manual ability to immediately suspend all user access when a user is terminated, or role has changed. 
•    System should automatically log users out of the system after a designated idle time. This time out requires the user to re-enter their password before continuing. 
•    Automated ability to establish and maintain the access privileges given to users. It is expected that some form of access matrix will be maintained for the access authority given to each user. 
•    System access and filters should maintain integrity to the level of reports and extracts.  
•    System should not display fields that the user does not have access to.
•    Ability to control security on individual forms after completed document; limiting access based on user’s application permission. 
•    Ability to display the last date and time the user logged onto the system. 
•    Ability to assign a fixed expiration date to any individual user or profile. 
•    Ability to allow access on a user, group, or global basis. 
•    Ability to set up ranges of access for a user or group using a role based security method. 
•    Ability for the application to protect against concurrent file/record/field updates and provide locking messages to users.
•    Ability to generate reports on the information recorded or logged by the security system for each access. 
•    Ability to generate online inquiry and batch reports to review access profiles and types given to the users defined to the system. 
•    Ability to generate online inquiry and batch reports to review access profiles for all modules for a user or for a group. 
•    Ability to generate online inquiry and batch reports of user access by file, menu, function, screen, organization.
