The Vendor is required to provide it services include managed endpoint detection and response (MDR), identity threat detection and response (ITDR), Microsoft anti-virus, advanced email threat protection, cyber security training, Microsoft security patch management, remote support for desktops, duo multi-factor authentication, 24/7 cloud MDR SOC/SIEM log ingestion, MFA remote access to work pc, secure password management.
- Hosted server and platform and network requirements:
• Provide cloud management for 50 full-time staff.
• Responsible for all applicable server licensing, hardware, physical infrastructure and platform security for all contractor owned and coalition accessed servers.
• Utilize intrusion detection systems
• Be monitored 24/7/365
• Data application management (inclusive of all shared and user drives, files, folders)
• Server management (inclusive of designated server roles, active directory-security group and group policy creation and maintenance and IIS configuration)
- Email requirements
• 60 mailbox users- 2gb per user
• 10-15 generic shared mailboxes- 2gb per mailbox
• Public calendar and folder management
• Outlook web app –webmail – exchange ActiveSync – mailbox features
- Desktop support
• Software installation and troubleshooting
• Centrally managed desktop patch management
• Centrally managed antivirus and antimalware endpoint protection
- Help desk support
• Provide help desk support only as it relates directly to contracted service requirements and scope of work and to ensure there is no significant downtime stemming from contractor owned server or network systems failure during normal working hours generally defined as 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.
• Provide an automated helpdesk ticketing portal.
