The Vendor is required to provide services information technology (IT) managed and strategic support include, but are not limited to, ongoing IT support, strategic planning, cybersecurity services, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Requirement:
• Helpdesk and end-user support: 24/7 support for emergency personnel; standard business hours for all other users
• Infrastructure support: management and maintenance of servers, networks, and on-premises systems
• Cloud services: support and administration of platforms such as Microsoft 365, ENTRA id, backup solutions, and related systems; including cloud migrations
• Cybersecurity services: endpoint detection and response (EDR), multi-factor authentication (MFA), security awareness training, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Strategic IT leadership: development of a five-year IT strategic plan, including a roadmap for cloud adoption and modernization
• Asset management and procurement: inventory tracking, lifecycle management, procurement, and system configuration
• Business continuity and disaster recovery: planning, implementation, and ongoing testing.
