The Vendor is required to provide managed service provider for connectivity, network management, and voice services.
- Provide for Managed Service Provider (MSP) with agency- Data and Teams Voice Services may cover any modifications to locations for services
- Prefers a single MSP for both connectivity and voice services.
- Internet Service
• Primary will be dedicated fiber (must not be shared) 1 Gbps of symmetrical internet service to meet our operational and performance requirements. This 1 Gbps would be for each location listed below.
• Secondary/ Fail-over can’t have the same carrier as primary and minimum of at least 200 x 200 Mbps with data cap or throttling down of speed.
- Voice Service
• Maintains 200 direct inward dial (DID) numbers at each site.
• Within this procurement, agency is modernizing its current communication platform by migrating to Microsoft team’s voice and replacing its existing sip trucking infrastructure.
• The transition must be executed with zero downtime, maintaining full call continuity throughout cutover.
• The solution should be natively integrated within Microsoft team’s client.
• MSP must provide a comprehensive teams voice calling plan detailing both domestic, long-distance rates, include minutes, e911 compliance, and number porting procedures.
• All DIDs must be successfully ported or concurrent with cutover with zero interruption to both inbound and outbound call service.
