Information Technology Services

The Vendor is required to provide properly licensed Information Technology service providers to deliver managed IT services, technical support, consulting, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and operational support for the Authority’s enterprise technology environment.
- Currently includes physical and virtual servers, enterprise network infrastructure, VoIP telephony systems, wireless networks, security systems, cloud-based services, and multiple remote locations interconnected through the Authority’s wide area network.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, recommendations, and professional services necessary to maintain a stable, secure, and modern IT environment.

• DNS and DHCP services
• File and network share hosting
• Virtualized Microsoft Exchange environment
• Legacy application hosting
• Access control management systems
• VoIP and PBX-related services
• Remote access systems
• Housing-related application services
- The current virtual server environment includes multiple Windows and Linux virtual machines supporting operational and business functions throughout the Authority.
- Domain Servers / Server Infrastructure
• The Authority currently operates a mixed physical and virtualized server environment supporting business operations, public housing management, telecommunications, access control, and enterprise applications.
- Provide administration, monitoring, maintenance, patch management, troubleshooting, backup coordination, disaster recovery support, and lifecycle planning for all server infrastructure and virtualized workloads.

• HUD compliance and reporting requirements
- Backup and Disaster Recovery
