IT Professional Services

The Vendor is required to provide for IT professional services
- Objective:
• Lot 1: Data Analytics
• Lot 2: IT Infrastructure Architecture
• Lot 3: Data Privacy Services
• Lot 4: IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Services
• Lot 5: IT Service Management
• Lot 6: IT Strategy and Enterprise Services
• Lot 7: IT Procurement Support Services
• Lot 8: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services
- The State has entered into a contract with a third-party contractor (the “Vendor Manager” or “VM”) to assist with administration of all Framework Agreements.
- The VM’s responsibilities to the State will include reviewing, approving and issuing various transactional documents, ensuring Using Entities’ and Contract Holders’ compliance with the rules, requirements, prohibitions and limitations of the secondary competition process, processing and publishing amendments to the Task Order Requests, collecting and processing payments, and designing and providing training and certification of users.
- In addition, the VM provides the Vendor Management System for use by Using Entities and Contract Holders.
