The Vendor is required to provide installation, moves, adds, deletions, and changes on a time and material basis for the district’s enterprise IT network infrastructure.
- Operate as the primary operational support partner for the agency Network Services team and will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration management, and operational maintenance of the district’s network environment.

• Approximately 50 tickets per week
- Network Operations Responsibilities
• Open and manage support cases with manufacturers or service providers
• Coordinate troubleshooting with vendors
• Escalate critical issues to agency leadership as appropriate
- Change Management
• Submit change requests for all modifications
• Provide documentation of proposed changes
• Implement approved changes within designated schedule
