• Continuous security monitoring and incident response
• Centralized identity services with multi factor authentication and access controls
• Fully managed network firewall services including ongoing firewall monitoring, maintenance, and policy management
• Enterprise email, document collaboration, and productivity platform
• Advanced email security with threat protection and encryption
• Disaster recovery testing conducted on a recurring, planned basis
• Procurement and set-up of desktop set-ups
• Support
o Unlimited support services (on-site and remote)
o Unlimited device support (after initial setup)
o Support and monitor unified communications and business telephone platform
o Connection to the website/domain for emails
• Security Compliance
o Manage compliance with applicable PCI DSS requirements, including annual compliance questionnaire
o Remediate any security vulnerabilities or issues identified during the annual security assessment of the credit card processing workstation (single PC).
