• Decommission the existing Azure server and migrate to Azure Active Directory (AAD).

• Implement secure authentication and role-based access controls.
- Microsoft 365 Environment Modernization
• Update Microsoft 365 security baseline and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Upgrade licensing to Microsoft 365 Business Premium or F3 tiers.
• Enable Single Sign-On (SSO) and configure conditional access.
• Establish Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies limiting personal device data synchronization.
- Network Infrastructure Upgrades
• Replace aging switches with managed PoE++ gigabit models.
• Replace outdated wireless access points with WPA3-compatible units.
• Configure VLAN segmentation for servers, staff, and guest networks.
• Add redundant Internet connections across all agency sites.
- Backup and Disaster Recovery
• Implement Drop suite backups for Microsoft 365 data.
• Replace and install new UPS devices at critical infrastructure points.
• Test recovery processes and document procedures.
- Endpoint Security and Management
• Replace Windows 10 workstations not compatible with Windows 11.
• Implement Intune device management and automated patching.
• Maintain antivirus and endpoint detection services under managed care.
- Cybersecurity Enhancements
• Deploy ironscales phishing protection and simulation platform.
• Implement bitwarden enterprise password managerfor key staff.
• Enforce password policies, multi-factor authentication (mfa), and session lockout policies.
• Conduct annual cybersecurity and awareness training.
- Ongoing Support & Managed Services
• Provide proactive monitoring, backup verification, and network reporting.
