• Local administration of the TIME System
• For the Vesta 911 system and the motorola radio dispatch console System, the Contractor will only be responsible for providing network services to support these systems.
- Standard Systems Support
• System administration and maintenance required to maintain support for the systems defined as Standard Systems.
- Workstation/User/Peripheral Equipment Support
• Budgeting & Procurement
• End user administration including new user setup, changes and disablement for workstations as well as all software systems.
• Hardware inventory
• Hardware installation
• Hardware relocation
• Installation and configuration of operating system and basic office applications
• Installation and configuration of network connectivity, including printers and file sharing
• Installation of hardware and software updates and patches
• Installation, configuration and administration of existing software applications
• Installation and management of anti-virus, spam and spyware/malware software
• Investigation of hardware and operating system problems
• Investigation of software problems with existing software applications
• Break/Fix support for workstations and printers
• Minor maintenance, including periodic cleaning of workstations and peripheral equipment

• Microsoft server management and support, updates/patches/service pack installation and maintenance
