The Vendor is required to provide to supplement staff with resources to build upon the work done related to data management, application integrations and the business process/quality assurance program for critical software products and workflows within the organization.
- The as-needed tasks assigned aim to ensure timely completion of internally driven task requests for our customers, minimize data integration defects, and enhance user satisfaction.
- Report monthly on activities and progress of various assignments.
- Quality assurance processes and business workflow audits of IT systems to ensure that systems perform documented specifications in areas such as data security, customer privacy, data accuracy, business processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Quality in the delivery of integrated software to our customers ensuring long-term usability, adaptability, and maintainability of the software platforms. The software integration quality assurance shall include user feedback, iterative improvement processes that deliver software solutions that meet users’ needs and expectations, while avoiding over-engineering, re-work and implied costs incurred when the business does not fix the problems that can affect them in the future
- Application Integrations that connect disparate software systems, applications, and data sources to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient data flow across an enterprise.
- Design and implementation of middleware solutions, utilize APIs, and manage data mapping to create a unified IT ecosystem, often troubleshooting complex interactions to improve operational workflow.
- Oracle OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Application Engineering that troubleshoots, and debugs software programs, cloud-native micro services, and APIs within the OCI ecosystem.
- Focus on building scalable, secure, and automated applications, frequently working with Java, Python, and CI/CD pipelines to optimize cloud performance.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these applications and systems.
- Assist in the deployment of new applications and in delivering enhancements to existing applications.
- Develop application prototypes and mockups to present to the project user group to collect functional clarifications and requirements. Plan, design, and implement additions, upgrades, replacements, or retirement of applications including the database management environment on the Web to support the capacity to store a substantial amount of data.
- A resource that supports or provides technical support, troubleshoots software issues, manages user accounts, and assists with application testing and infrastructure maintenance. Resource will work alongside agency staff to act as a first point of contact, requiring basic skills in operating systems, SQL, and troubleshooting application-level issues, resolving software errors, typically supporting internal or external users. Creating, configuring, and maintaining user accounts and permissions.
