Information Technology Equipment and Commodity Software

The Vendor is required to provide for information technology equipment and commodity software.
- Devices may include, but are not limited to:
• Desktop computers
• Laptop/notebook computers
• Workstations (standard and/or high-performance)
• Tablets (if requested)
- Desktop computers or workstations must meet the following additional qualifications:
• Equipment must be business-class or enterprise-grade; consumer-grade systems are not acceptable.
• Minimum configuration requirements must be clearly stated, including:
o Processor type and generation
o Memory (RAM)
o Storage type and capacity
o Graphics capabilities (if applicable)
• Systems must support:
o Current, manufacturer-supported operating systems
o Enterprise-level security features (e.g., TPM, UEFI secure boot)
• All desktops must include:
o Manufacturer warranty of at least three (3) years
o Vendor-supplied drivers and firmware updates
- Laptops and Mobile Computing Devices
• Devices must be commercial-grade laptops, not consumer or retail models.
• Proposed laptops must include:
o Integrated wireless networking (Wi-Fi minimum standard specified in the ITB)
o Battery life appropriate for enterprise or field use
• Devices must be compatible with:
o Common enterprise imaging, encryption, and endpoint management tools
- Peripherals (Monitors, Docking Stations, Keyboards, Mice, Printers)
• Peripherals must be commercial-grade and compatible with the proposed desktops and laptops.
• Docking stations and accessories must be:
o Manufacturer-certified for compatibility with proposed systems
o Capable of supporting required power, display, and USB connectivity
• All peripherals must include manufacturer warranty coverage.
- Accessories may include:
• Monitors (various sizes and resolutions)
• Docking stations/port replicators
• Keyboards and mice
• Headsets, webcams, speakers
• External storage devices
• Power adapters and cables
• Carrying cases or sleeves.
