Temporary Technology Services

The Vendor is required to provide temporary technology staffing, consulting, on-call support, and project-based technology services on an as-needed basis.
- intentionally broad to support the full lifecycle of technology services used within a large K-12 environment and may include services across multiple technical and professional domains.
- End-User & Field Support Services
1. Personnel in this category may include, but are not limited to:
• IT Technicians (multiple levels)
• Field Support Specialists
• Help Desk / Support Center Technicians
• Printer/Copier Support Technicians
• Deployment/Refresh Technicians
• Technology Inventory & Audit Assistants
• Data Entry or Warehouse Support Assistant
2. Representative duties may include, but are not limited to:
• End-user technical support
• Device setup, imaging, installation
• Classroom technology support
• Peripheral and printer troubleshooting
• Ticket triage and resolution
• Site-based or division-wide technology refresh projects
• Asset tracking and equipment audits
- Network, Infrastructure, & Systems Engineering
1. Personnel in this category may include, but are not limited to:
• Network Engineers / Administrators
• Systems Engineers / Administrators
• Identity & Access Management Specialists
• Cloud Engineers (e.g., Azure, AWS, O365)
• Telecommunications / VoIP Technicians
• Data Center Support Technicians
2. Representative duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Configuration, monitoring, and support of network and server infrastructure
• Implementation of wired/wireless technologies
• Cloud migration, integration, and administration
• Identity and directory services support
• Infrastructure documentation and lifecycle planning
- Software Development, Integration, & Application Support
1. Personnel in this category may include, but are not limited to:
• Application Developers (various levels)
• Web Developers
• Mobile Application Developers
• SharePoint / Collaboration Platform Developers
• Software Engineers or Architects
• QA Analysts
• Technical Writers
2. Representative duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Custom application development
• Enhancing or supporting existing applications or systems
• API development and systems integration
• SharePoint/OneDrive modernization efforts
• Testing, documentation, and quality assurance
• UX/UI enhancements.
