Information Technology Support and Maintenance Services

The Vendor is required to provide persons and/or firms to:
• Provide information technology support and maintenance services for the agency’s servers and other information technology assets, and
• Perform related services as required by the agency.
- Required to:
• Provide on-site and remote maintenance services for the Agency’s servers, other information technology assets, including but not limited to computers, printers, tablets and smart phones.
• Purchase hardware and software products as needed.
• Provide a secure off-site backup, which backs up the Agency’s data multiple times daily.
• Recommend and implement cyber-security practices, products, hardware, etc. as appropriate to protect the Agency’s data and related information.
• Ensure all user licenses are current for office software.
