The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive it project management services to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-related projects.
- Project planning and initiation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.
• Establish governance structures, communication plans, and reporting frameworks.
- Project execution and oversight
• Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff, vendors, and external partners.
• Track deliverables and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Technology implementation support
• Oversee implementation of enterprise applications, infrastructure upgrades, cloud solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to agency IT standards, security requirements, and compliance obligations.
• Support system integration, testing, deployment, and change management processes.
- Stakeholder communication and reporting
• Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Facilitate meetings, including project kickoffs, status updates, and steering committee sessions.
• Maintain clear documentation of decisions, risks, and action items.
- Quality assurance and continuous improvement
• Monitor project performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions.
• Promote adoption of best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall, hybrid).
