Information Technology Asset Disposition Services

The Vendor is required to provide information technology (IT) assets on an annual basis, but does not have the capabilities internally to properly dispose of the obsolete equipment.
- IT's data centers, storage rooms and network closets free of obsolete IT assets.
- Services include IT asset collection (on-site pickup, secure transportation, scheduling, packaging/handling), asset types (servers, network switches and routers, firewalls, storage arrays, desktop computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, monitors, ups systems, telecommunications equipment, external hard drives, ssds, backup media, miscellaneous electronic equipment), data destruction services aligned to nist sp 800-88 rev. 1 (physical shredding, crushing, disintegration, degaussing where appropriate), serialized tracking, certificates of data destruction, detailed destruction reports, audit documentation, documented chain-of-custody, recycling services, and electronic reporting in pdf and spreadsheet formats.
