IT Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide IT consultant services for include:- Current-state discovery and system inventory
• System architecture review of the agency’s salesforce org, including:
• Data model and object relationships
• Automation (flows, triggers, and related logic)
• Security model and role hierarchy
• Integration points and external dependencies
• Evaluation of the “legal status” overlay application and the box cloud document storage structure and file sharing including:
• Functional purpose and business justification
• Technical architecture and implementation approach
• Dependencies on salesforce and legal stratus configuration or external systems
• Identification of redundancies or overlapping functionality
• Inventory of all customizations, including code, configuration, and third-party tools.
• Documentation of end-to-end business workflows and system interactions.
- Business process and workflow analysis
• Mapping of agency workflows to system functionality.
• Identification of process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual workarounds.
• Evaluation of whether system constraints are attributable to:
• Platform limitations
• Configuration decisions
• Overlay design constraints
• Business or policy requirements
• Conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitated sessions with relevant operational, technical, and administrative personnel.
- Technical architecture assessment
• Assessment of salesforce platform utilization, scalability, and technical debt.
• Evaluation of data architecture, including integrity, redundancy, and normalization.
• Review of integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, and data synchronization methods.
• Security and access control assessment, including compliance with applicable policies and standards.
• Identification of performance constraints and system limitations.
- Requirements definition and gap analysis
• Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements not currently met by the system.
• Distinguish between mandatory requirements (statutory, regulatory, or policy-driven) and discretionary requirements.
• Develop a structured requirements document suitable for use in future procurement activities.
• Provide a gap analysis between current capabilities and future-state needs.
