IT Managed Services

The Vendor is required to provide it managed services provider beginning on or about October 1, 2026.
- Requirement:
• Intelligent network monitoring for (7) core network devices
• System monitoring and alerting and asset management for (3) windows servers and (50) windows pcs
• Microsoft and third-party patch management for (3) windows servers and (50) windows pcs
• Endpoint protection and response (EDR) level anti-virus services for (3) windows servers and (50) windows pcs
• Oversight of (49) Microsoft 365 business premium and (23) Microsoft 365 business basic licenses (quantities subject to change) with the town having pre-existing annual contracts with a 3rd party provider.
• Cloud to cloud backup of m365 cloud data for (72) Microsoft 365 accounts
• Email security with advanced threat protection and email archiving and encryption for (72) Microsoft 365 accounts
• Onsite and offsite server backup services for (3) windows servers with cloud disaster recovery (D.R.)
• Help desk services for all users, 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with additional labor rates for any night and weekend services.
• Weekly reports, regular hardware lifecycle reports and executive-level reports.
