IT Services to manage and enhance IT infrastructure/hardware, email systems, remote servers, cybersecurity, cloud storage, and AI tools.
- Proposer must be able to perform include:
• Infrastructure/Hardware maintenance - Provide qualified and trained service personnel to perform on-site repair service of all ITS hardware and equipment and supply replacement parts as needed, including but not limited to, computers, laptops, monitors, printers, tape drives, servers, and associated peripheral equipment, which is not a copier, currently owned. Recommend, source, and install new IT hardware as needed.
• Email System Management - Maintain the email system and server infrastructure, including spam and malware filtering, email archiving solutions and email account maintenance (additions and deletions). Ensure high availability and performance of the email system.
• Server Management - Management of on-premises and cloud-based servers. Regular updates, patches, and security checks. Monitoring and diagnostics for server health and performance.
• Cybersecurity - Implementation and management of security protocols. Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. Incident response planning and execution.
• Cloud Storage Management - Administration of cloud storage solutions ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Backup and disaster recovery planning and execution. Optimization of storage usage and performance.
• AI Tools – Assist with the utilization and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools as they relate to the operation and security of the IT system, infrastructure, and software.
• Reporting – Provide a monthly report detailing IT system performance, security status, and any incidents or issues.
