Information Technology Master Plan

Information Technology Master Plan requires the evaluation of existing technology and identification of new technologies, as appropriate.
- The process shall identify and integrate stakeholders and provide a business case study. The work shall be based on surveys of existing conditions, investigation and analysis of current and projected requirements. The plan shall include recommendations with order of priorities and cost estimates for the future systems and infrastructure required by the Authority.
