Managed Information Technology Services

Vendors to provide comprehensive Managed Information Technology (IT) Services supporting Authority enterprise technology environment. Services will support Authority headquarters and main offices, remote management offices, affordable and public housing communities, resident computer laboratories, administrative offices, affiliated programs, and other Authority locations or operational environments.
- Managed IT Services program is intended to provide stable, secure, scalable, and reliable day-to-day operations while supporting continuous technology modernization, cybersecurity
advancement, cloud enablement, business continuity, disaster recovery, technology lifecycle management, automation, and other evolving business, regulatory, and technology requirements.
- Contractor shall support a distributed, hybrid enterprise environment comprising onpremises infrastructure, colocation services, cloud-based platforms, end-user computing, networks, cybersecurity services, enterprise applications, Microsoft platforms, telecommunications, technology assets, remote-site operations, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and related operational services. The environment supports authority administrative functions, housing programs, resident-facing services, affiliated program operations, and mission-critical systems across headquarters, remote offices, housing properties, and other supported locations.
