Contractor shall meet the following key high-level work products and outcomes:
1. Provide technical expertise in the design, modernization, migration, conversion, implementation, and deployment of LADBS applications and services within the Microsoft Azure environment.
2. Assess existing legacy applications and code bases and develop recommendations and technical approaches for converting .NET Framework applications to modern .NET/.NET Core technologies.
3. Migrate and deploy applications, services, and related components to Azure App Services and other appropriate Microsoft Azure cloud services.
4. Design, implement, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other approved Microsoft technologies to automate application builds, testing, and deployments.
5. Utilize GitHub and GitHub Copilot to support software development, code analysis, code migration, troubleshooting, and application modernization activities.
6. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues within C# and .NET application code bases.
7. Implement secure application configuration and credential management using Azure Key Vault and other approved Microsoft Azure security services.
8. Configure and support application monitoring, diagnostics, telemetry, logging, and performance analysis using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and related Azure logging services.
9. Evaluate and integrate Azure AI services and APIs into LADBS applications to support application modernization, automation, and enhanced business functionality.
10. Evaluate and recommend appropriate Azure cloud resources and services, including Azure Storage and other services necessary to support application modernization and migration efforts.
11. Provide technical expertise in cloud architecture, application security, scalability, reliability, performance, and production support.
12. Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, architectural diagrams, and other project documentation as needed.
13. Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to LADBS staff to support the ongoing maintenance and administration of modernized applications and cloud-based services.
14. Coordinate and effectively interact with LADBS application developers, infrastructure staff, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
15. Provide updates on project status, technical challenges, risks, and recommendations.
16. Provide production support in mission critical applications in accordance to skill set stated below.
17. Other tasks as identified by LADBS and consistent with the scope of this Task Order.
