• Business & Technical Resources: Provide Business Analyst and Programmer Analyst resources to support requirements, integrations, reporting, automation, and process improvements.
• Service Management: Provide clear ticket ownership, escalation, prioritization, performance reporting, and regular communication with university stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve Banner processes, integrations, automation, and the overall student and employee experience.
• Knowledge Transfer: Maintain documentation and transfer knowledge to University IT and functional teams to strengthen internal ERP capabilities.
