Section 3 Build America, Buy America Compliance Monitoring Services

The Vendor is required to provide section 3 build America, buy America compliance monitoring to assist the city with federal compliance requirements for various federal grant funded public facility improvements and housing construction.
- Projects may include but are not limited to street & sidewalk repairs, park creation, facility construction/expansion, and housing construction.
- Help desk access from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. weekdays for the General Contractor and their Subcontractors/Employees to respond to questions regarding Section 3Build America Buy, America and related acts.
- Provide necessary support/training for economic opportunities to low and moderate income people (training, employment, contracting).
- Unlimited on-site (or at a designated office) meeting with the General Contractor/Subcontractor/Owner regarding county violations, course of action, and restitution (if applicable).
- Review and certify benchmarks.
- Record keeping
- Review material supply contracts for compliance with Build America, Buy America.
