The Vendor is required to provide has historically handled most legal matters, other than those for which insurance carrier counsel is retained, for the County to include, but not limited to: all labor and employment matters for the county, investigations into violations of County policies, general litigation, and other legal matters.
- As requested by the County Attorney, acting as an investigator into violations of County Policies, which may include: review of relevant polices and case law, review of complaints, interviews of complainants, respondents, and/or witnesses; drafting of a final report and opinion.
- As may be requested by the assignment, the preparation and filing of all legal documents and all necessary appearances and submissions to the appropriate courts, administrative bodies, and arbitrators.
