Outside legal counsel to advise the System on an ongoing, as-needed basis in matters primarily involving the System’s investment portfolio.
- following areas:
1. private market fund investments (including private equity, private credit, real estate, real assets, infrastructure, venture capital, and hedge funds), as well as co-investments (both debt and equity), separate accounts, and funds-of-one;
2. secondary market transactions and continuation vehicles;
3. agreements related to futures, swaps, and other derivatives (e.g., ISDA master agreements, FCM agreements, and MSFTAs);
4. custody and securities lending; and
5. amendments, consents, restructurings, workouts, redemptions, in-kind transfers and other post-closing matters related to the foregoing.
