- The primary objective of this endeavor is to ensure uninterrupted access, a seamless customer experience, and an easy-to-use website and mobile apps, providing essential services 24/7, particularly during emergencies affecting the surface transportation system.
- Provide Maintenance and Operational support to the current web, and mobile system and application.
- Services that address these needs using contemporary tools, techniques, platforms, and services in the website and mobile application domain.
- Understanding the core purpose, functions, and features of the website and mobile app and ensuring that at all times the impact on the public is present and accounted for;
- Implementing, testing, verifying, validating, and deploying the website and mobile app;
- Operating and maintaining the website and mobile app for the life of the contract;
- Continuously providing improvements and optimizations to the website and mobile app;
- Providing all systems, equipment, software, training, documentation, expertise and staffing necessary to manage, develop, deploy, improve, and continuously operate the website and mobile app over the life of the contract;
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and new services tools, technologies, and platforms, and making recommendations to agency on what can be done to improve user acceptance, user satisfaction, and user retention of the website and mobile app; and
- Continuously monitor these platforms to ensure it is meeting its service levels.
- Actively monitor service performance and customer feedback, make recommendations and implement improvements or corrections as needed or approved.
- Monitor and evaluate customer usage, retention and satisfaction. Develop recommendations to increase customer satisfaction and use.
- Generate and maintain a standard set of reports that track usage of the website and mobile app.
- Manage all activities associated with this contract and have the authority and ability to institute corrective actions as needed.
- Provide strategic and tactical recommendations regarding the emergence of new technologies that are relevant to providing traveler information to the public via the website and mobile app.
