Mobile Diagnostic Services

The vendor is required to provide mobile routine x-ray, diagnostic, and other related services.
- Services should include all routine x-rays, ultrasound, dopplers, EKG, ECHO, midline, PICC line, and other related services.
- The following is a list of all work that will need to be performed upon request of the center:
• All routine x-ray services
• Ultrasound (ability to do on any part of body requested)
• All types of dopplers
• EKG
• Echo
• Midlines
• PICC line
• Other related services
- Contractor of services must not be an excluded medicare and Medicaid provider
- Contractor must make services available to all residents without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, age, sex, religion, or handicap.
- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the services.
- Contractor will comply with all mandatory training requirements of the center.
- This means that before contractors come on-site, they must have reviewed the center supplied material
- Contractor must provide copies of insurance liability documents and updates as needed.
- Center shall in no event be responsible for the collection of any awarded vendor charges to center residents, medicare, and private insurance carriers.
- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
