Venue Application Services

The Vendor is required to provide to design, develop, and support a native mobile application (“venue app”) that will enhance the on-site guest experience at park.
- Build is as a minimum viable product (MVP) to support digital ticketing, parking access, venue-specific content, and customer communications, with a target launch date of august 31, 2026, to coincide with the park reopening.
- These phases will build upon the MVP foundation and may include features such as food & beverage ordering, a digital wallet and rewards program, digital racing programs, geofencing features, and support for additional venues like county race course.
- MVP Includes:
•    Native mobile app design and development for iOS and Android platforms.
•    Integration with agency digital ticketing provider to support mobile ticket access and scanning.
•    Parking pass integration tied to ticket data.
•    Real-time content and venue information (e.g., maps, schedules, notifications).
•    Backend content management capabilities for agency to manage in-app updates.
•    Support for push notifications and SMS communications.
•    Basic analytics integration.
•    Scalable architecture with secure user authentication. 
•    Digital wallet storage for purchased tickets, parking passes, and promotional credits
•    Stored Value Support for future food, beverage, and retail transactions
•    Promotional credits tied to marketing campaigns and sponsorships
•    QR code & barcode scanning at point-of-sale, gates, and redemption points
•    Reporting and user tracking for marketing insights, rewards, and user behavior
•    Geofencing, geotargeting & contextual experiences for targeted notifications, exclusive content, and location-aware amenities
•    Interactive race day program for major events
•    Social integration
•    In-app food ordering
•    VIP Program and premium experience tracking
•    Advanced loyalty features tied to point’s accumulation and VIP tiering   Initial launch expected to service up to 40,000 concurrent attendees during major events.
