Mobile Application Services

The Vendor is required to provide mobile application services to support the rehabilitation of individuals in the juvenile justice system.
- GPS location monitoring products and services that are minimally obstructive to clients’ daily lives, this aids in their ability to seek opportunities including but not limited to, employment or education.
- GPS ankle monitoring system used by the department has proven to be less than ideal for use in situations that involve low-risk youth, and the department is looking for a solution to this problem.
- Participated in demonstration pilot programs with multiple vendors offering GPS monitoring software with mobile applications.
