The Vendor is required to provide for developmental evaluation clinic services.
- Proposed implementation timeline is reasonable and operationally efficient.
- Program workflow, including the process for referral receipt, triage, prioritization, and scheduling, including expected timeframes from referral to evaluation.
- Identifies processes for caregiver communication and engagement.
- Provide outpatient diagnostic services inclusive of developmental, psychological, and neuropsychological evaluation to children from birth through their sixth birthday, hereafter known as clients, who are full-scope Medi-Cal beneficiaries.
- Structured evaluations are used to diagnose and clarify psychiatric and developmental disorders, assess cognitive and behavioral functioning, and inform treatment planning.
- Staffing levels and composition that comply with regulatory requirements governing the levels and service types provided, and aligned with any fidelity requirements, as applicable.
- A minimum of 25% of direct clinical staff is required to complete a one-time harm reduction training (minimum 1 hour), proactively maintaining the 25% minimum expectation with staffing changes.
