The Vendor is required to provide medical services and treatment to all employees with an injury resulted from an accident which both “arose out of” and “in the course of” the employment, testing services including drug and alcohol testing, preplacement employment physicals and cdl physicals.

• County government currently has approximately 1650 employees.
• Estimated average of 100 random drug and alcohol tests per quarter.
• Estimated average of 9 post accident drug and alcohol tests per month.
• Estimated average of 3 post accident after hour’s drug and alcohol tests per month.
• Estimated average of 300 pre-employment general physicals per year.
• Estimated average of 300 lifting functional capacity physicals per year.
