The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive Medicaid reimbursement management services for the district’s school-based Medicaid program.
- Provide all labor, personnel, supervision, technical expertise, software, training, reporting, and administrative support necessary to administer and maximize legally allowable Medicaid reimbursements for the agency in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and guidance.
- Services requested include, but are not limited to:
• Fee-for-Service (FFS) Medicaid billing
• Administrative Claiming for Education (ACE)
• Program implementation and management
• Billing and reimbursement collection support
• Compliance monitoring
• Documentation review
• Staff training
• Audit assistance
• Reporting and reimbursement analysis
• Revenue maximization consulting
- Fee-for-Service (FFS)
• Speech-language services
• Occupational therapy
• Physical therapy
• Nursing services
• Other eligible school-based health services
- Administrative Claiming for Education (ACE)
• Provide technical assistance regarding ACE participation requirements.
• Assist with participant training and documentation.
• Support time study administration and claim preparation.
• Assist with ACE claims submission and reporting.
• Assist with compliance reviews and audits.
- Compliance and Audit Support
• Ensure compliance with federal and state Medicaid regulations.
• Monitor changes in laws and policies.
• Assist with audits and reviews.
• Provide audit support documentation and consultation.
