E-Rate Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide e-rate consulting services which provides annual discounts and reimbursements on select telecommunications goods and services to eligible schools and libraries based upon economic and geographic considerations.
- Federal E-rate program by:
• Providing all E-rate eligible entities in state timely access to current, comprehensive, and quality E-rate training, outreach, and technical assistance.     
• Providing subject matter expertise in the coordination and facilitation of related state activities, policies, and legislation.
• Promoting the E-rate and related programs and Pennsylvania’s interests on local, state, and national levels.
