The vendor is required to provide that communication services will be responsible for supporting government communication initiatives through live broadcasting, production, training, technical support, and strategic staff augmentation.
•Live social media broadcasting
oCoordinate and execute live social media broadcasts of the government house weekly press briefing.
oEnsure broadcasts occur at least once monthly but may increase to as many as four (4) times per month based on the government's request.
oAdhere to government house protocols to maintain professionalism and consistency.
•Production and broadcast support for press conferences and public service announcements (psas)
oRecord, produce, and broadcast and/or press conferences separate from the weekly press briefings upon government request.
oProduction responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
oGraphic design
oColor grading
oPost-production editing
oFinal product delivery in compliance with government-established protocols and criteria
•Broadcast support for appearances by key officials
oProvide live social media broadcast coverage for appearances by the governor, lieutenant governor, governor’s cabinet members, or senior staff as requested.
•Led panel support
oProvide led panel support on all three islands to enhance visual communication during events, press briefings, and public announcements.
oEnsure proper installation, maintenance, and operation of led panels to meet government house standards and event needs.
•Media support staff augmentation
oSupply additional media support staff as required to augment the capabilities of the government access channel; provide a minimum of three (3) and up to eight (8) additional qualified media professionals to support broadcasting, production, and technical operations.
•Up skill training for staff
oConduct up skill training sessions for communications and government access channel staff
oTraining sessions shall focus on standard protocols, equipment usage, and production processes.
oA minimum of three (3) training sessions will be conducted annually.
•Audio/video equipment scoping and recommendations
oDevelop a detailed audio/video design plan and provide a product listing for equipment necessary to enhance production capabilities at the st. croix and st. thomas government houses.
oEnsure compatibility with the government access channel
•Reporting and collaboration
oA detailed monthly report summarizing all projects, their current status, and deliverables.
oMaintain ongoing collaboration with the director of the office of communications, ensuring all work is aligned with government expectations and receives final approval.
