The Vendor is required to provide systems, applications & products (sap) as-needed consulting services for the city enterprise resource planning (ERP) landscape and key service areas of ERP system functionality currently in use and for ERP system functionality that is being planned.

- SAP As-Needed Consulting Services included:
• SAP Basis - Transport system maintenance, backup/recovery, client copies, system refreshes, job scheduling and automation, sap OSS note monitoring, application tuning and monitoring, portal management, upgrade tasks, support pack implementation kernel updates and new product support.
• SAP development - NetWeaver development, ABAP, web Dynpro for java and ABAP, integration suite
• SAP security - role design, development, and maintenance, user profiles, authorizations and system access privileges with adherence to internal controls and segregation of duties detail; security architecture and design analysis; maintenance of GRC, and coordination of security for sap interfaces, user training, user acceptance testing and data conversions
• Data architecture and engineering - provide enterprise-wide architectural evaluation and architecture definition including master data management strategy and design (enterprise architect), provide scenario and process specific architectural evaluation and architecture definition (domain architect); develop implementation road-maps based on city objectives and architectural dependencies
• Project management - provide sap project management, project management process improvement and evaluation, software process engineering, and data conversion.

- Perform certain tasks listed below for each service area on an as-needed basis when requested through a task order process and are expected to work closely and collaboratively with designated city staff and with other successful proposer(s) if applicable, to accomplish required tasks in an effective, professional, and timely manner.
- Problem-Solving and Blueprinting
• Participation in defining problems and blueprinting solutions

• Developing and modifying related forms, transactional reports, and BW
(Business Warehouse) reports
• Developing and modifying related interfaces (using PI/PO and/or other tools)

- SAP solution manager will be used as the application lifecycle management tool and the city follows standard software development lifecycle processes.
