Change Management Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide that change management consulting services to build on the university strategic plan, “transforming today for tomorrow".
- The facilitation of change management should be designed as a strategic approach to support the continued activation of our plan by:
• Building and continuing momentum from the plan
• Fostering stakeholder engagement with the plan
• Identifying campus culture challenges and providing actionable recommendations
• Providing actionable insights to ensure the successful realization of the plan's goals.
- Provide a statement of qualifications of individuals to be assigned direct responsibility for the services including:
• Provide a state license(s) and/or certification(s) necessary to perform services as identified
• Understanding of the work to be performed, estimated hours, and other pertinent information.
• All staff to be assigned to the project with the project manager identified.
to include the individual’s education, position in the firm, years and type of experience, continuing professional education
• Provide a complete description of how the work will be conducted and detail the amount of time and effort that will be required of the entities' personnel.
• An explanation of the tools/technology used to collect/coordinate information, and the level of technical university would be expected to provide.
• Provide a proposed schedule that ensures completion of the services by the timeframes stated
• Provide a listing of the firm’s five most recent, comparable strategic planning projects including a of the process utilized, highlights, and the timeline for the work completed.
• Provide references to include the names, titles, telephone numbers, email and mailing addresses of at least three higher education and/or education clients.
