- Provide expert guidance and support in the development and implementation of a medical magnet track for middle school students to include collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Stakeholders include but are not limited to educators, healthcare professionals and community organizations.
- Pre-plan to establish the mission and vision of the program.
- Implement curriculum that has a medical foundation i.e., science, biology, chemistry etc.
- Recruit and enrollment
