Project Management Services

The vendor is required to provide that project management services on a contractual basis fiscal year 2025-26, 2026-27, 2027-2028, with an option for two, one-year renewals.
- Provide the name and resume of individual being proposed for the project manager position.
- The consultant is to provide a statement that the assigned personnel will not be substituted without city approval.
- A list of agencies that the consultant has provided in-house project management services for in the last five years.
- Include project descriptions, project costs, contact names, telephone numbers along with the references.
- The availability of the personnel proposed for the position and current project commitments and their schedules.
- Include a base rate to provide these services to the city at the city offices up to five days a week, along with a total estimated budget.
- The city’s consideration will include an evaluation of qualifications and experience of the individual and the rates proposed for these services.
- A discussion of the individual’s understanding of the position.
- A discussion of the individual’s approach and philosophy to providing in-house project management for a water/wastewater agency.
- Including all covers, tabs and resumes shall not exceed 20 mb.
- Proposals exceeding this size requirement may not be considered.
