Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide that consulting services for include:
• Develop authority plan amendment and TIF specific financing for the authority district
• Present to the authority board as requested during monthly meeting
• Actively involved with reviewing new development within the authority district and consulting with staff and members as to any and all new proposals submitted
• Provide whatever additional services are required of the authority and which consultant is able to provide.
• Authority maintains the sole right to determine what, if any, additional services will be requested of the consultant.
• Further, the authority reserves the right to reassign any of the services identified herein to another planning firm or consulting firm based within the sole discretion of the authority
