- The department of the treasury’s current strategic plan covers the period January 1, 2022 – June 30, 2025.
- Consulting services are needed to establish the agency’s direction for the next few years.

• Utilize evidence-based coaching methodologies
3. Workflow analysis
• Conduct thorough workflow and process mapping
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
