Operations Management Consultant Services

The vendor is required to provide for consultant services for operations management consultant services for the county correction center.
- Work to be accomplished under this contract shall include, but not limited to:
• Review of existing standards including strengths, weakness, and their applicability to modern correctional environments, preparation of studies, reports, review of specifications, preparation of documents and provide advice related to the operation, policies and procedures of the correctional facility on a regular basis.
• Review overall operations and make recommendations for improvements, provide advice in the matter of correctional administrative services.
• Review current facility operations to include staffing structure, roles, and responsibilities.
• Provide recommendations for organizational restructure or related changes as needed.
- The following minimum threshold requirements that will be utilized in the solicitation of person(s) or firms to be considered for the operations management consultant for county correction center:
• Previous employment in an administrative position at a county correctional facility
• Demonstrate experience in working and consulting with other county correction facilities within the state on matters of general operations, contract management, management studies or other services applicable to the operations of a county correctional facility
• Knowledge of standards for health services in correctional institutes. respondents must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
