• Identify enrollment trends, such as increases or decreases in student populations in specific areas.
• Review the current utilization of school facilities, including capacity, condition, and geographic distribution.
• Identify schools that are over- or under-capacity and evaluate the feasibility of adjusting boundaries to Optimize utilization.

2. Facilitate and guide district planning team:
• Collaborate with the district planning team to create multiple redistricting scenarios based on data analysis.

• Assist in the creation of detailed maps and reports illustrating proposed changes.
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to the district planning team, offering insights on best

3. Facilitate community engagement:
• Develop a comprehensive community engagement plan to inform and involve stakeholders,
including parents, students, staff, and community members.
• Ensure the plan includes a variety of engagement methods, such as public meetings, surveys, focus groups, and digital platforms.
• Organize and lead public meetings, workshops, and forums to gather input and feedback.
• Ensure transparent communication throughout the redistricting process.
• Create clear and transparent communication materials, including newsletters, and content for the district webpage, to keep the community informed throughout the redistricting process.
