Professional Services

The vendor is required to provide professionals to be considered for its qualified consultants list (QCL) for on-call civil engineering services during the 2026 through 2029 fiscal years.
- The process will establish the terms and conditions governing the selection of firms/individuals to provide engineering services.
- The types of professional services that may be required include the following:
• Civil engineering
• Surveying
• Soils, geotechnical and materials testing
• Landscape architecture
• Traffic engineering
• Construction administration
- Expectations
• Interested firms and individuals must be able to demonstrate successful experience in providing similar services to other municipalities or similar entities.
• The city will look favorably upon firms that have consistently provided complex and related consulting services within prescribed budgets and schedules.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
