Creation and Related Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide tableau dashboard creation services and other related consulting services, to agency.
- Include for services:
• As part of the final project deliverables, the contractor shall develop and provide between six (6) to eight (8) fully completed and operational data tables using tableau software.
• Each tableau data table must meet the following criteria:
o Be fully interactive and visually accessible to users of varying technical skill levels.
o Incorporate relevant datasets as identified and approved during the project lifecycle.
o Include appropriate filtering, sorting, and visualization functionalities to enable in-depth data analysis.
o Be structured to support ongoing updates and scalability, where applicable.
o Be reviewed and approved by the client prior to final acceptance.
o The completed tableau data tables will be submitted as part of the final project package and will be accompanied by documentation that includes data sources, transformation logic, and user instructions.
• The contractor must be willingness to work on-site with the university’s internal team, as needed, to support requirement gathering, iterative dashboard reviews, and user acceptance testing.
• The contractor must have the ability to pre-process data from microsoft excel, google sheets, and oracle select statements into a format suitable for dashboard purposes.
• The contractor must be capable of incorporating advance analytics or scripting techniques to support deeper analysis or pre-processing, as required.
• The contractor must demonstrate proficiency in both oracle and SQL, with the ability to create and optimize oracle SQL statements while ensuring compliance with FERPA requirements for protected data
• The contractor must demonstrate proficiency in tableau, including expertise in data blending, advanced calculations, and the development of custom visualizations.
• The contractor must have the able to create complex, interactive dashboards featuring navigation functionality and drill-down capabilities.
• The contractor must be capable of translating business and technical requirements into user-friendly dashboards that are interactive and compliant with accessibility and privacy assurance (APA) standards.
