Desegregation Impact Study Consultant Services

The vendor is required to provide desegregation impact study consultant services for include:
• Design detailed evaluation plan to examine program impact of desegregation programs
• Develop research and evaluation instruments to collect and organize data.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, or other information gathering protocols to document program
implementation.
• Extract quantitative data from district resources using applications such as SQL, python, Stata.
• Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses.
• Create data visualizations to support findings.
• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Present reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide data literacy support to district leadership in collaboration with department
• Complete any other tasks and analyses as assigned.
- Objectives
• Review desegregation funded programs through a ‘return on investment’ lens rather than a ‘compliance’ lens. 
• Provide reporting on program impact of the programs using advanced statistics or other evaluation methods. 
• Assist district employees with data literacy efforts or other research activities as directed by the sr. director department.
